Is Israel anything more than a political entity? Are the Jewish People God’s chosen people? There is a growing movement among popular Christian teachers that claims God never promised anything to the Jewish people or Israel, but rather that His covenants were for “the elect,” a group of people identified within the Christian Church. In “Israel Matters,” Jacob Fronczak challenges this Reformed Theology and explores the centrality of Israel in God's redemptive plan. Fronczak reveals that the Jewish people remain God’s chosen people, the nation of Israel is His chosen instrument to reveal both Himself and His character to the world, and that the Church must learn to define itself in light of the continuing role and calling of Israel.
